GF Building Flow Solutions, formerly Uponor, is a division of the international industrial corporation Georg Fischer with sales companies in 30 countries and production sites in 13 locations across Europe and the Americas.
What will you be doing?
- Ensure and execute all financial and tax operations
- Reconciles accounts and checks the accuracy of journal entries ensuring that the general ledger is accurate and complete.
- Checks and analyzes financial information and prepares accounting reports and statements. These reports may include profit and loss statements, balance sheets, depreciation statements, cash flow, debtor and creditor lists, repayment schedules, regulatory reports and filings.
- Provides technical accounting advice to functional or operational managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage support their financial responsibilities.
- Handle any specific requests in support of the business.
- Other duties reasonably required to support the finance team in budget development and control.
What Will you need to?
- 2/3 years in sales controlling and preferably in multinational company
- Knowledge of English language both written and spoken at Intermediate level (B1/B2)
- Knowledge of ERP operating systems,, Business Intelligence, etc
- Computer knowledge ofWindows software (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.) and the main IT communication tools
- Analysis: ability to gather, correctly analyse and act on available information.
- Accuracy and understanding of data accuracy
- Attention to detail - proactive attitude in identifying possible critical issues and proactive in formulating improvement actions
- Respect for deadlines
- Prioritisation - knows how to plan one's activities according to urgencies, even if not planned
- Adapts quickly to change and manages complexities
- Knows how to establish trusting relationships with the team, colleagues from other functions and customers/suppliers in a collaborative manner
