We are looking for a Project Manager to join our technical team in Granollers. This role will plan, coordinate, and ensure the successful execution of optimization and continuous improvement projects assigned by the Kärcher Spain Technical Service Management.
Responsibilities:
* Assign Project Management: Directly responsible for the practical implementation of projects, including organizing necessary resources (technical staff, materials, training) and maintaining fluid communication among all internal stakeholders.
* Measurement and Monitoring: Actively monitor the progress, report deviations, and propose corrective actions to keep the project on course.
* Analysis and Data: Collect and analyze performance metrics.
* Continuous Technical Training: Stay informed and technically trained regarding Kärcher products from a technical perspective.
Qualifications:
* Desirable bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
* At least two years of demonstrable experience in Project Management.
* Fluency in English.
