As a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, you will join the RUN team within our Cloud Service Center and act as a functional expert, playing a key lead and coach role for both consultants and clients.
YOUR MISSIONS1) AMS – Support & Continuous Improvement
* Handle L3 topics: analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, workaround definition and follow-up until stabilization.
* Drive service quality: SLAs, prioritization, KPIs, structured communication and risk management.
* Organize and secure deployments: releases to production, fixes, regression testing, documentation and knowledge transfer.
* Advise clients on adopting Oracle quarterly updates: impacts, trade‑offs and business value.
2) Lead / Coach – Team Reference
* Serve as a go‑to person for consultants: coaching, support on complex cases and skills development.
* Structure and maintain best practices: templates, guides, and related tools.
