About The Role & Responsibilities As our HR Shared Services Leader, you will be at the forefront of transforming HR service delivery across EMEA. You will lead an international team, drive process improvements, and ensure top-notch HR services to our employees. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of HR operations, focusing on efficiency, quality, and employee satisfaction.
You will oversee the EMEA HR Shared Services Team, ensuring smooth service delivery. Reporting to the Head of Global HR Operations, you will connect HR Services, Centers of Excellence, and HR Business Partners to support a well-functioning HR team. Your management skills will help you collaborate with non-HR stakeholders to enhance HR efficiency and transparency.
You will manage the HR Services Portfolio, ensuring compliance, quality standards, and SLAs, alongside your CI HR Operations peers. HR Administration and Payroll for EMEA will be part of your responsibilities, including monitoring local law changes affecting payroll systems. You’ll ensure processes follow Global HR standards and support improvements within CI teams.
With a digital mindset, you will seek opportunities to improve HR Services through technology and automation. You will also manage and report on your budget, understanding HR Services' impact on finances. Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies will be beneficial.
Leadership and Management Lead and develop the HR service delivery team, providing guidance, training, and setting performance goals.
HR Operations Oversee daily HR operations, including employee inquiries, HR data management, and compliance.
Ensure accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR services.
Service Delivery Develop and manage SLAs to ensure timely, quality HR services.
Monitor HR metrics and performance indicators.
Process Improvement Identify opportunities for efficiency and stay updated on HR best practices.
Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage audits.
Skills and Qualifications Master’s degree with 10+ years HR experience or Bachelor’s with 14+ years, including 5+ years managerial experience.
Experience in HR service centers or transactional HR roles.
Strong knowledge of global HR processes, project management, and payroll.
Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch, French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
Results-oriented, with problem-solving and project management skills.
