We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional for a Customer Service Specialist role with additional commercial skills. Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Support: Provide exceptional service by managing customer inquiries, order entry, follow-ups, and after-sales assistance.
2. Manage relationships with Iberian clients through email, cold calling, and, occasionally, customer visits.
3. Sales Support: Assist with generating leads, identifying potential sales opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
4. Reporting: Work closely with the Sales Manager, reporting on customer feedback, order status, and sales progress.
Required Qualifications:
1. Fluency in Spanish and English (advanced level is essential).
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with a strong understanding of commercial or sales-related activities.
3. Demonstrated proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
4. Results-driven with an emphasis on both customer satisfaction and sales support.
5. Experience in the packaging sector is highly valued.
6. Proficiency in French and/or Italian is a plus.
7. A curious, eager-to-learn mindset with a passion for personal growth and development.
