Job DescriptionManage the daily operations of the in-hotel retail store efficiently and effectivelyPromote a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity and superior performance standards, leading by example.Set daily goals for customer service to enhance the overall experience, emphasizing responsiveness and satisfaction.Ensure product placement, window displays, and visual merchandising align with brand standardsMonitor sales targets and motivate the team to meet and exceed themCreate strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and enhance the guest experienceHandle procurement processes, including ordering and stock controlRecruit, train, and evaluate staff performanceOversee sales, inventory, and cashier processesProvide regular reports and budget updates to senior managementConduct regular performance conversations to discuss results and develop action plans.Make sure that all the company policies and procedures are followed by all the team members.Participate in attracting, recruiting and onboarding a high performing team.
QualificationsMinimum 3 years of managerial experience in the retail sector (preferably in hospitality or luxury retail)Strong leadership skills in team management, sales, and customer serviceProficient in MS Office;
experience with retail management software is a plusExcellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)Guest-oriented, dynamic, and presentable
