SAP Time Consultant
You will be part of the team responsible for supporting and maintaining time management system and customer service activities (guidance, consultancy) ensuring that the service is accurate and timely.
We are looking for a new collaborator located in Spain.
Specific tasks are :
- SAP HCM Time Management activities for several clients related with the maintenance of the SAP HCM systems.
- Update the SAP HCM Time Management system : create work schedule rules, update rules related with clock in and clock outs, creation of absences, attendances, quotas, manage modulation, overtime, allowances, error message, etc..
- Resolution of the issues reported by the client and configuration of evolutions (change requests).
- Preparation and realisation of workshops with the client to define the solution to be implemented.
- Analysis of the system to improve the execution time and to reduce the anomalies of each payroll.
- Creation of technical specifications and fonctional documentation.
What we ask for:
- Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
- Previous functional SAP Time Management experience
- Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies.
- Strong interest in delivering high quality support in the field of Human Resource.
- Ability to multi-task, to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, and to consistently achieve quality standards.
- Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.
- Be committed to the customer and the team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English or French or Italian or Spanish or German.
- Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.
