Contract period: Early December 2025 – March 11, 2026 (overall engagement approx. 2–3 months, including an estimated 2–3 weeks on site in Barcelona, Spain).
Role Summary
You will act as the main client‑facing project lead for a middle/large‑scale offline customer event in Barcelona. You own the overall timeline, scope, and coordination, making sure THP and all partners move in sync and deliver high‑quality results.
Role Description

* Own overall client communication and relationship for the project, as the primary day‑to‑day contact. Monitor project quality and client satisfaction throughout the Project Development–Delivery cycle.
* Build and manage the master timeline, milestones, and action list; ensure all teams stay aligned and on schedule. Willing to run extra miles to manage and deliver the project in high standards with the team together.
* Lead regular internal and client meetings, drive decisions and follow‑up, and document key agreements. Prepare project status reports and post‑event review together with the team.
* Coordinate closely with the designer, senior producer/technical lead on feasibility, budget and on‑site execution risks.
* Recognize and manage project risks (time, quality, budget, compliance, etc.) and bring the solutions to move forward.
* During the on‑site period in Barcelona, act as client lead and internal captain to ensure smooth delivery.
* In coordination with finance/project director, support tasks such as quoting, change orders, and settlement.
Requirements
*
* 7+ years’ experience in event/experiential marketing project management, with at least two large‑scale overseas or multi‑city projects.
* Strong client‑facing skills: clear communication, expectation management, and the courage to give professional advice.
* Excellent planning and coordination skills; familiar with timelines, Gantt charts and action logs.
* Fluent Chinese and solid working English – able to run meetings and emails with clients and overseas partners.
* Able to commit to a 2–3‑month contract from early December 2025 to mid‑March 2026: mainly based in THP Shanghai office, plus about 2–3 weeks on site in Barcelona.
* Self‑driven, calm under pressure, and willing to “make it happen” with the team at key milestones.
* Lead a high‑visibility event with global industry leaders.
