In Out Barcelona Tours is a leading company in the tourism sector that offers tours, activities and experiences in Barcelona and Catalonia.
We are specialized in guided and private tours, as well as small group tours up to 8 clients for a rewarding experience for our guests as well as for our guides. We also do Bike Tours, Walking Tours and Gastronomic Tours.
We are looking for passionate people who are ready to show our clients every corner of Barcelona and Catalonia.
- **Functions**:
- Guide and driver-guide in Barcelona and Catalunya
- Leadership and empathy with clients during the tour
- Explanation of contents on Barcelona and Catalonia.
- **Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**: Certificate of Higher Education
**Experience**: 2 - 3 years
**Professional Category**:Worker
**Residence Permit**: Region of vacancy
- High level of spoken English and Spanish.
- A high level of a second language is a plus (German, French, Italian and Portuguese).
- Proven knowledge of Barcelona and/or Catalonia (history, culture, and society).
- Experience of more than 1 year in customer service and/or guidance in the tourism sector.
- Experience in group management and teamwork.
- Flexible availability to work on weekends and holidays.
- Resolution capacity, commercial vision and initiative.
