We are looking for a Construction Manager with international availability who will be responsible forfor planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities on-site to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage construction teams.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to avoid delays and conflicts.
* Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
* Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
* Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project management and clients.
* Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to site teams.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction supervision and project management.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools.
