The person we are looking for will be part of the Digital Marketing team, which provides digital marketing services to our clients based on the websites we create for them. The team comprises multidisciplinary professionals such as SEOs, analysts, web developers, and content managers.As a Social Media Manager, your main role will be to create and publish content across our clients' social media platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and interactions with their audiences.We seek someone with skills in graphic design, copywriting, video production, as well as knowledge of social ads and digital marketing.Day-to-day tasks include:
Producing high-quality, visually appealing content (photos, videos, graphics) for clients in the vacation rental sector.Researching and analyzing market trends and target audiences to create relevant content.Designing and creating graphics for social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.Writing and editing social media posts.Managing daily posting schedules and automating content publication.Creating and managing content calendars.Analyzing publication results and adjusting strategies accordingly.What we're looking for:
Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Studies related to Marketing, Audiovisual Communication, or similar.Advanced graphic design skills.Over 2 years of experience managing social media profiles and ads via Facebook Business Manager.Knowledge of Facebook Insights, Facebook Manager, Instagram, and other platforms.Experience in client management.Creativity, good communication, and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts.Useful skills:
Experience with task management tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence.Personal projects or social media work experience.Interest or knowledge in the tourism sector.What we offer:
