Requirements
* Native/fluent Dutch (C1+)
* Fluent English (B2+)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Interest in technology and cloud solutions
* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply
* Previous customer-facing or support experience is a plus (not mandatory)
