Your Future Company : Two French entrepreneurs created a start-up in 2000 and today, they are leading a global company. Their growth and solution-oriented services are acknowledged by some of the most progressive brands and leading companies they work with. They became one of the biggest international customer experience providers employing over 75,000 multilingual employees in over 50 countries around the world, and currently, they are looking for new members to join their Málaga office!
Tasks : Your responsibilities and impact as an Account Manager will include:
* Using monitoring tools to manage partner forecasting and results
* Managing the investor pipeline, detecting potential prospects, and ensuring successful and profitable deal closures
* Managing a portfolio of partners, developing their business sales, development, and margins according to strategy
* Gaining a thorough understanding of the partner sector and competition, and determining reseller interest in solutions
* Defining reseller goals, identifying gaps, and implementing actions to close those gaps based on share, growth rate, and certifications
* Increasing partner satisfaction and accelerating product competency and qualification
* Ensuring partners leverage exclusive offers, activities, and services
* Promoting knowledge about meetings, webinars, and webcasts, and facilitating registration
* Collaborating with partners to increase sales through campaigns and incentives
* Identifying and clarifying openings, working with partners to close large agreements
Requirements : Skills, experiences, and interests needed:
* Native level of Dutch and advanced English
* Preferably 2+ years of technical sales experience
* Familiarity with channel programs, partners, and distributors
* Attentive listening, excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
* Excitement for intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle
* Willingness to relocate to Málaga
