Sales Representative / Account Manager - Siemens Financial Services

We are looking for a Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our dynamic SFS team. The role involves building and executing growth strategies, promoting our services within Siemens divisions, and demonstrating operational excellence to meet objectives. With your experience in leasing, financial services, and B2B sales, combined with a consultative approach and strong relationship-building skills, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, qualify and sign projects, manage a pipeline of opportunities, and serve as a trusted business ambassador to internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Sales Representative / Account Manager:
o Develop and implement individual account plans for each Siemens division in the region.
o Ensure accurate forecasting and meet relevant targets.
o Manage internal vendor programs.
o Maintain strong relationships with Siemens sales teams.
o Achieve and exceed budgets and targets.
o Keep customer and prospect records up-to-date in the SFS CRM (SieSales).
* Sales Support for Siemens Divisions Team:
o Qualify and sign projects with sales teams across Siemens divisions.
o Present SFS products and services to divisions.
o Develop and maintain a pipeline of deals and opportunities.
* Business Ambassador:
o Foster collaboration within Siemens Business Units’ sales teams.
o Coordinate with other parts of the organization to optimize resource use and internal collaboration.
o Coordinate SFS internal services to provide the best customer service.
* Prospecting:
o Identify and develop new business within Siemens divisions.
o Engage in active outreach to establish relationships with new vendors.
o Participate in regional fairs and events related to Siemens development programs.
Required Skills
* Excellent consulting, selling, and account management skills.
* Extensive experience in leasing and financial services, preferably in a captive environment.
* Strong "hunter" mentality to prospect, qualify, and close new business.
* Proven team player with a sales-driven, result-oriented approach.
* Experience working with large companies across various market verticals.
* Ability to build trust with internal and external customers.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
