Role Overview
As a key member of our engineering team, you will support our infrastructure for engineering, data science, and bioinformatics teams. You will collaborate across teams in a testing environment to shape our product. We value engineers who are problem-solvers with a pragmatic approach, capable of guiding technology decisions that balance innovation, maintainability, scalability, and cost.

Responsibilities
1. Manage AWS infrastructure
2. Collaborate with teams to create repositories, Jenkins scripts, etc.
3. Assess and improve infrastructure, processes, or costs
4. Monitor servers and security
5. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
6. Maintain hardware and software inventories
7. Implement and monitor security initiatives
Qualifications & Personal Attributes
* Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS) and containerization
* Experience designing, deploying, and orchestrating container solutions
* Proficiency in Python and GraphQL;
experience with PostgreSQL
* Experience with automated cloud deployments (Ansible, Jenkins)
* Ability to design scalable, reliable systems
* Knowledge of DevOps best practices, CI/CD, security, and infrastructure management
* Proactive, adaptable, and quick learner
* Excellent communication skills
