**What we offer**
We offer a Brand Manager position within a dynamic & passionate team to work in our company's biggest brand: Ultima, within the Iberian market. You will play an active role in the creation of marketing plans and brand strategies to achieve the yearly brand business plans.
**What you will do**
- Lead ongoing business diagnosis (sell-in, sell-out, and consumer data) to identify key insights, potential business opportunities, and action plans.
- Development of the annual marketing plans of your scope of work in line with the brand vision and financial objectives.
- Ensure excellence in the execution of the marketing plan in the marketplace and monitor the performance of the plans: new launches, media & digital media activation, POS/promo activity
- Actively participate in and prepare internal meetings (strategic reviews, sales meetings, customer plans)
- P&L; ownership: follow up and control
- Manage the interaction with Digital, Sales, Trade, supply chain and FP&A.;
- Identify and implement solutions and improvement areas
- Build strong, trusted relationships with the key stakeholders General mkt, Digital, Sales, Trade, supply chain, and FP&A; teams to ensure a productive teamwork
**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing. Experience in consumer products is a plus.
- Digital Marketing knowledge: experience in defining the digital assets for the brand and establishing the integration within the Brand strategy.
- Strong analytical skills. Experience with Nielsen preferred.
- Spanish & English fluent. Other languages such as French or Italian can be a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to prioritize in hectic times and strong attention to detail. Budget management experience preferred.
- A person eager to foster a collaborative workspace, bringing innovative proposals and showing passion for learning
