About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Human Resources & Office Operations Manager to join our growing team.
You’ll be part of the Finance team, reporting directly to the CFO, who will provide overall guidance and priorities. Your mission will be to make sure our HR processes run smoothly across multiple countries and entities, while helping to build a great place to work.
You’ll also support the team with general administration and occasional office management tasks, keeping things organized and running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
* Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the full hiring process, from defining roles and interviewing candidates to welcoming new team members and helping them settle in.
* HR Administration: Keep employee records and contracts up to date, and ensure all HR data is well organized and confidential.
* Payroll Coordination: Work with external payroll consultants to ensure everyone is paid accurately and on time across different countries.
* Legal & Compliance: Make sure our working conditions, policies, and contracts meet local labor laws and company standards.
* Employee Relations: Act as a neutral and approachable point of contact for employees and managers when challenges arise; help mediate and resolve conflicts fairly.
* Team Building & Culture: Plan activities that strengthen team connection, collaboration, and company culture.
* Admin & Office Support: Help with general administrative work and ensure the office (physical or virtual) runs smoothly day to day.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in HR or people operations, ideally in an international SME or multi-country setup.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Organized and detail-oriented, but flexible enough to handle many moving parts.
* Fluent in English and Spanish; other European languages are a plus.
What’s Waiting for You
* A key position within a growing, international organization.
* The opportunity to shape HR processes and culture in a collaborative, people-driven environment.
* Competitive compensation and flexible working conditions.
