**Job description**:
**Little Big Connection** is seeking a **Customer Relationship Officer** (Business Developer) to join our dynamic team in **Madrid**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Source and identify talent suitable for client needs.
- Engage in pre-call preparation to ensure effective communication.
- Execute cold calling strategies to acquire new freelance talent.
- Collaborate with the team to understand client requirements and match them with the right talent.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.
**Profile Requirement**
- You have some experience or strong interest in recruitment/sourcing;
- You possess excellent adaptability and interpersonal skills;
- You are looking for a team adventure with responsibilities and autonomy;
- In addition to your French language skills, you have a good command of English
- Experience in IT and working internationally is a plus;
- You hold a degree equivalent to BAC +2/3 (BTS, DUT, Bachelor's), engineering, or university, and you are eager to grow in a scale-up environment.
