Oleares is a real estate development company committed to delivering high-quality residential projects across Spain. As we scale our pipeline — Build-to-Sell and Rentals, across Barcelona and Valencia — we are looking for a National Sales Director to lead all sales activities at national level.
The Mission
* Full national sales operation across all projects
* Sales strategy design and execution per project
* End-to-end pipeline management — pricing, pace, and targets
* Broker networks, agency relationships, and internal sales team
* Off-plan sales and presales target achievement
* Close coordination with marketing, management, and finance
* Direct reporting to senior management and board
Who We’re Looking For
* 10+ years of senior residential real estate sales experience in Spain
* Proven track record in new-build and off-plan sales and strategies
* Deep experience managing broker networks and agency relationships
* Strong command of pipeline, pricing, and sales execution
* Strong business and financial acumen
* Spanish mother tongue | Very high level of business English
* Based in Barcelona or Valencia area
