Hamburg, DEResponsibilities- Develop and maintain electrical simulation models using power system simulation software (e.G. PSCAD, DIgSilent PowerFactory, Siemens PSS/E)- Conduct grid integration studies including stability and harmonics to support wind power plant performance- Validate and benchmark simulation models against real-world data and grid requirements- Collaborate with Transmission System Operators (TSOs) to interpret and implement simulation model requirements- Automate model development and study processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy- Provide technical feedback to product development teams based on grid compliance insights- Apply deep knowledge of power systems and control theory to improve model quality and turbine-grid interactionQualifications- M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Power Systems or similar- Experience with EMT and RMS modelling and simulation in at least one software like PSCAD, PSS/E or DIgSilent PowerFactory- Programming experience in Python or C/C++- Experience with interconnection studies and requirements- Intercultural understanding: thrives on working collaboratively with teams across functions and geographies- Fluent English spoken and written;
