Job DescriptionAs a part of the Local Finance team, you will work directly with the Local Managing Director and all departments. You will be responsible for coordinating all accounting and financial activities in Spain OlyBet Business Entities and supporting Ceuta’s office management.
What will you be doing?
Oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance with local legislation and Group policies, and timely closing processes.
Manage tax and audit processes, including preparing and submitting statutory reports in accordance with Spanish and Ceuta regulations, and coordinate with external auditors.
Lead the local finance department, fostering collaboration and continuously improving financial procedures and internal controls.
Serve as a key contact for finance-related inquiries from Management and Group Finance, providing timely responses and support.
Oversee administrative and operational support, including Ceuta office management, business travel coordination, and collaboration with the local HR Manager on HR initiatives.
Does this sound like you?
A degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance is required.
At least 3 years of relevant finance experience.
Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards, IFRS, and Spanish/Ceuta Tax legislation.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Experience with Navision accounting software is a plus.
