Onboarding of PSP companies to receive processing channels with new partners brought by business development managers to connect;
Scaling and increasing capacity by current solutions;
Creating and managing arisk register for current partners;
Maintaining a dashboardfor all merchant accounts in the context of partners;
Revision of financial conditions (processing rates, settlements, rolling reserve and deposits);
Handle any requests from partners on our merchant accounts (compliance, IPS, acquirers, etc.);
Solving problems with delays in settlements or debts of current partners;
Update of information with partners (volume limits, transactional software, etc.).WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Minimum of 3 years of experience as an account manager, onboarding specialist, or in a similar role at payment service provider companies.Strong understanding of payment processing, financial conditions, and risk management.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using dashboards and analytical tools.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Fluent in English and knowledge of russian;
