In addition, the Project Manager will lead the implementation of the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) tool within the organization, a strategic project for the factory’s operational performance. This position requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, with a results-driven mindset and focus on continuous improvement.

Job Requirements
Education: Industrial Engineering degree or similar
Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions
* Required: Proven experience in project management
* Preferred: Experience in the electronics or automotive sector
Technical Knowledge / Tools:
* Advanced MS Office
* Preferred: Microsoft Project
* ERP management
