Experteer Overview In this role you drive the 18-month consensus demand plan for Finished Goods and VISITS, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to secure stock availability while optimizing inventory. You lead S&OP; processes locally, align with general guidelines, and work with cross-functional peers to share best practices. You will manage customer collaboration, translate forecasts into supply plans, and guide a team to deliver reliable, cost-aware planning. This position offers impact through shaping demand and supply alignment for the business.Compensaciones / Beneficios- Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling demand forecast for Finished Goods and VISITS- Lead local S&OP;/Execution processes and translate the consensus demand plan into the supply plan- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve forecast accuracy and reduce costs- Translate monthly SKU forecasts into supply plans and manage inventory to avoid stockouts- Oversee daily Demand & Supply Planning team and align objectives and performance- Support transitions of new SKUs, manage 3PL programs, and provide rolling forecasts to LogisticsResponsabilidades- 7+ years in demand & supply planning or sales forecasting- Proficient in SAP ERP & APO DP/SNP- APICS certification is a plus- Advanced Excel skills- Strong knowledge of retail accounts operations and forecasting systems- Analytical problem-solving abilities- Proven leadership and team management capabilities- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to build cross-functional relationships and proactive;
