About the Role

This is a high-impact, senior product role for a professional with deep experience in player engagement platforms, promotions infrastructure, and CRM ecosystem management. The Product Manager Marketing & CRM will define and drive the roadmap for marketing platform capabilities, including the promotions engine, loyalty and tier systems, messaging infrastructure, and integrations with third-party CRM and engagement tools such as Optimove, FastTrack, and Smartico.

Marketing Platform Ownership and Roadmapping

As the Product Manager Marketing & CRM, you will define and maintain the product roadmap for all player engagement systems, including promotions, loyalty, tier mechanics, CRM integrations, and messaging infrastructure. You will prioritise initiatives based on commercial impact, operator demand, and technical feasibility, continuously evolving platform capabilities to support advanced campaign execution, gamification, and long-term retention strategies.

Promotions Engine and Campaign Capabilities

You will own the end-to-end evolution of the promotions engine, covering all supported campaign types including cashback, leaderboards, tournaments, and instant rewards. Key responsibilities include:

Defining how promotions are configured, triggered, and executed within the platform.

Enabling targeting through externally defined player segments from CRM and data teams.
\n
Ensuring promotions integrate correctly with wallets, gameplay events, and the player lifecycle.

Loyalty, Tiering and Engagement Mechanics

You will define and optimise the loyalty framework, including point accrual logic, tier progression, and reward structures.
