The project!:
As a Customer Operations Specialist you will be part of our dynamic and dedicated Wholesale Customer Service team, within our Operations department, servicing our Wholesale customers and coordinating with Third Parties. You will follow up the whole order to cash process of B2B & Consigment customers over Europe.
What will the role entail?:
* Order management: entry, tracking, and full order-to-cash process oversight.
* Order book administration and conversion of orders into invoicing.
* Invoice issuance and monitoring.
* Stock control and product availability coordination.
* Handling and resolving wholesale customer inquiries.
* Providing support and communication to sales agents.
* Responding to internal stakeholders’ queries (Sales, Logistics, etc.).
* Coordination with partners and distributors across Europe.
* Managing wholesale customers’ complaints and returns.
* Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and Finance (AR).
