Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in the development of Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing and fostering unique customer relationships. The company is seeking a Technical Lead.
MAIN TASKS :
1. Provide support to the sales and functional teams in assigned accounts, including solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
2. Support the Project Manager / Delivery Manager in technical leadership, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of the platform and optimal solutions for project requirements.
3. Detect and notify risks affecting project or client profitability.
4. Ensure smooth project progress concerning scope, schedule, and costs, alerting to deviations.
5. Fulfill technical objectives and ensure compliance with Omega's quality standards.
6. Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
7. Assist in project demos and ensure delivery of technical documentation.
8. Participate in team development and training, providing technical mentorship.
9. Identify technical Up & Cross Selling opportunities and methodological improvements.
10. Contribute to Omega's community of practice through thought leadership, training, and mentoring.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
1. At least 3 years of experience in the full lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations.
2. Experience as a Salesforce.com developer.
3. Knowledge of modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
4. Experience with agile methodologies.
5. Proficiency in English at a high level.
