We are looking for a Consultant with experience in consulting or project management in the healthcare environment, who is eager to grow professionally by leading diverse projects with clients in the health sector.

Your role
• Participate in the design, execution, and monitoring of projects for healthcare organizations, and lead them independently.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights.
• Prepare high-quality deliverables (reports, presentations, dashboards, etc.).
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders in the healthcare sector and facilitate joint working sessions.
• Support the development of proposals.
• Learn, contribute, and grow within a multidisciplinary team with a high level of collaboration.

Profile we’re looking for:
• Degree in Health Sciences, Engineering, or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
1. Consulting in the healthcare sector (strategy, care processes, digital health, innovation, data analysis, etc.).
2. Or in management, project, or planning roles in hospitals or public healthcare entities.
3. Experience managing projects with or for healthcare system organizations (public or private), including strategic conversations with key stakeholders in the sector.
4. Knowledge of the healthcare sector and key hospital processes.
