Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead Vodafone’s global IoT infrastructure team to design and evolve a robust, scalable platform underpinning the GDSP IoT ecosystem. You’ll drive cloud and on-premises infrastructure modernization, shaping the technology roadmap and enabling enterprise IoT leadership. You will collaborate across product, network and security teams to ensure secure, reliable delivery while optimizing cost and governance. This role offers strategic influence, global impact, and a strong focus on coaching a growing team.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Lead the engineering team building the foundations of Vodafone’s Global IoT (GDSP) platform and ensure robust, secure, scalable infrastructure - Drive cloud and on-premises infrastructure evolution, supporting the Hyperconnect modernization programme and global IoT leadership - Shape technology roadmap and spearhead agile, DevOps, and large-scale cloud adoption initiatives - Oversee infrastructure and database operations lifecycle with emphasis on reliability, scalability, security, and cost optimization - Collaborate with product, network, security, and external partners to align delivery - Manage compliance, performance, and audit processes;

foster innovation and continuous learning - Make strategic technology, investment, and vendor decisions impacting customer experience and business outcomesResponsabilidades - Deep expertise in IT infrastructure across cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Experience with DevOps tooling and infrastructure-as-code (CI/CD, Terraform) - Automation tools and programming languages;
orchestration and container management - On-premises and cloud connectivity, virtualization, operating systems, and databases (Oracle, MongoDB) - Identity & access management, monitoring (Grafana, CloudWatch) and cloud networking/security - FinOps and cost optimization;
resilience and scalablearchitectures - Leadership of large, geographically distributed infrastructure projects and teams - Excellent communication and stakeholder management;
ability to engage executive audiences - 10+ years in IT infrastructure and database management;
