We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect - Power Platform Developer who possesses end-to-end ownership of solutions, from understanding business needs to technical development and deployment. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, challenging and refining requirements to ensure optimal value and usability. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about building scalable, user-friendly solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations) aligned with business requirements and scalability standards.
* Lead solution architecture discussions, ensuring designs promote usability, performance, and maintainability.
* Create intuitive user interfaces and seamless workflows that enhance user adoption and experience throughout the solution lifecycle.
* Apply industry best practices including error handling, modular design, clean architecture, and comprehensive testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Collaborate closely with enterprise architects, business analysts, and other technical teams to enforce platform standards and ensure integration consistency.
* Establish and promote best practices for ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and CI/CD pipelines within Power Platform environments.
* Extend platform capabilities using Azure Functions, C#, custom connectors, and other relevant tools to meet complex integration and customization needs.
Desired Skills & Experience
* Proven experience developing with Power Platform components: Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
* Strong understanding of data modeling, relationships, and security within Dataverse.
* Hands-on experience with integration patterns including REST APIs, custom connectors, Logic Apps, and relevant Azure services.
* Knowledge of ALM processes, source control, and CI/CD pipelines tailored for Power Platform development.
* Ability to extend platform functionalities with languages and tools such as Azure Functions and C#.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and a focus on delivering business value through technology.
* Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and technical team members.
