Key Responsibilities
* Financial Leadership & P&L Ownership
o Own and manage the end-to-end P&L for the Cloud and Security practice
o Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization
o Monitor key financial KPIs (GM, OM, utilization, realization, backlog, revenue leakage)
o Provide financial insight to support strategic and operational decisions
* Financial Planning & Forecasting
o Lead annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning
o Partner with practice leadership on growth plans, investments, and headcount planning
o Ensure forecast accuracy and proactive risk/opportunity identification
* Pricing, Deals & Commercial Governance
o Act as the finance lead for large deals, renewals, and transformations
o Support pricing strategy, deal structuring, margin analysis, and risk assessment
o Review contracts for financial compliance (pricing, billing, revenue recognition)
o Ensure adherence to financial governance and approval frameworks
* Business Partnering
o Serve as a trusted advisor to Practice Heads, Delivery Leaders, and Sales
o Translate financial data into actionable business insights
o Influence decision-making through scenario modeling and ROI analysis
* Operational Finance & Controls
o Oversee project financial performance (billing, WIP, revenue recognition)
o Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements
o Identify and mitigate financial risks across delivery and commercial operations
* Performance Management & Reporting
o Develop and present executive-level financial dashboards and reviews
o Analyze trends, variances, and root causes; recommend corrective actions
o Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and tools
* Team Leadership
o Lead and develop a team of finance managers/analysts/business partners
o Set clear objectives, coach talent, and build a high-performing finance organization

Required Qualifications
* Education
o Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
o MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred
* Experience
o 15+ years of finance experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Technology in a Divisional CFO or Head of Finance role
o Strong experience in P&L management and business partnering
o Proven track record supporting large-scale deals and complex delivery models
o Experience with global delivery and multi-geo financial management
* Skills & Competencies
o Deep understanding of IT services economics (T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services)
o Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
o Executive communication and influencing skills
o Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
o Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and BI tools
