What You´ll Do:
* Deliver exceptional customer and technical support in Portuguese and English, ensuring every user feels heard and supported.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cloud technologies and Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Windows, and more).
* Use your critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify solutions quickly and efficiently.
* Handle each interaction with empathy, patience, and professionalism creating a positive experience for every customer.
What We´re Looking For:
* Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (advanced level).
* Previous experience in technical support or IT-related roles.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud products and related technologies is highly valued.
* A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine interest in technology and people.

* Full-time, stable contract (39h/week) Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00
* Salary range: 17000 - 20000 euros gross annual
