We are a global company with team members from all walks of life, together we are #PPGFamily, together we are building a legacy. /pp You don't need to be from this industry, you do need to be passionate. /p pstrong Responsibilities /strong /ppem Marketing and Brand Awareness /em /pulli Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the lounge in Madrid. /lili Collaborate with HQ and the regional design team to manage social media profiles and produce quality content for platforms like X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, tailored to the Spain market. /lili Build and maintain relationships with local press, bloggers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to maximize brand exposure. /lili Plan and execute marketing and PR campaigns in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. /lili Develop and distribute marketing collateral to support sales and promotional activities. /lili Work with the eCommerce team to implement digital marketing campaigns and update local promotions on the brand website. /lili Conduct regular market research and analysis to understand market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies for effective marketing planning. /lili Handle customer service responses, addressing common complaints and establishing resolution processes. /lili Support business development initiatives by creating marketing materials for new business and product launches. /li /ul pem Sales Strategy Development and Execution /em /pulli Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for the Plaza Premium Lounge. /lili Develop and execute strategic plans to expand both B2B and B2C customer bases. /lili Identify and pursue potential business opportunities through partnerships with airlines, travel trade partners, hotels, and telecom companies. /lili Effectively communicate PPG’s value proposition through proposals, presentations, and tailored pitches. /lili Forecast future sales trends and adapt strategies accordingly. /lili Analyze and monitor partner performance to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities /li /ul pem Sales Discipline /em /pulli Maintain a structured and disciplined approach to account management, sales tracking, and pipeline management. /lili Update client account information regularly and ensure adherence to established sales procedures and processes. /lili Maintain effective control over the sales budget and monitor expenses to ensure alignment with revenue objectives. /li /ul pem Relationship Management /em /pulli Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to understand and meet their business needs. /lili Liaise with internal departments, including operations, IT, legal, finance, and marketing, to articulate and fulfill client requirements. /lili Provide sales support to local and regional sales teams as needed /li /ul pstrong Qualifications /strong /p ulli Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. /lili Minimum of 7 years of experience, including 3 years in a managerial sales role. /lili Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, B2B portfolio. /lili Hands-on experience with inbound marketing systems and marketing automation tools. /lili Strong knowledge of email campaign systems and social media platforms (X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram). /lili Expertise in digital and social media technology, including channel management. /lili Exceptional interpersonal, project management, and team collaboration skills. /lili Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs. /lili Strong phone and presentation skills. /lili Excellent command of written and spoken English, Spanish. /lili Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results. /li /ul
