brAs an Account Executive you will play a key role in acquiring new clients by closing new business opportunities, driving digitalisation for medium and large companies in the sector.

brBuild a healthy and predictable pipeline by generating and qualifying new opportunities through social selling (LinkedIn), multichannel outreach, events, and partners.
brUnderstand decision-making and purchasing processes, negotiate and close software and service agreements (typical ACV €5K–€30K; sales cycles 30–90 days).
brSupport Customer Success in selected accounts to drive adoption, expansion, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
brDevelop thought leadership and build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the sector.
brManage your territory/segment with your director, creating sales plans, setting objectives, activities, and metrics. Master the software and associated services, delivering product demos and tailored advisory sessions based on client needs.
brCollaborate proactively with the the team to achieve commercial goals, bringing your experience, methodology, and creativity.
brGather market and client feedback and share internally to continuously improve the sales process and product development.

brMinimum 3 years of recent experience as Account Executive/Full Cycle Sales closing.
brIdeally contracts of €5K–€30K ACV plus customization (Professional Services) with medium sales cycles (30–90 days).
brPrevious experience in B2B SaaS and service solutions, ideally in renewable energy technology or software for CRM, engineering, or project management.
brExperience applying structured consultative sales methodologies (SPIN, Customer Centric, MEDDIC/MEDDPIC, or similar).
brStrong commercial discipline: autonomy in managing outreach, territory planning, activity cadence, and KPI tracking.
brProficiency in sales tools such as CRM, LinkedIn, Teams, Signaturit, etc.
brFluent in Spanish and English
