About the role
As a Total Rewards Intern, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the growth and evolution of our Total Rewards function. You will collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders while gaining hands-on experience with global projects, tools, and data that support fair, competitive, and compliant reward practices across the organization.
This internship will help you build a strong foundation in Total Rewards, one of the most strategic and data‐driven areas of HR. You will gain exposure to compensation structures, HR systems, analytics, and global reward frameworks.
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their professional journey who is curious about compensation, benefits, and HR analytics, and who wants to grow in a fast‐paced, international environment.
No previous experience is required — we are looking for motivation, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn!
Responsibilities
* Support the Total Rewards team in global compensation and benefits projects
* Contribute to the development of job architecture frameworks, including job leveling and role structures
* Support the implementation of the Compensation module in SAP SuccessFactors
* Assist with analytics and reporting activities related to compensation and rewards
* Help prepare dashboards, reports, and insights to support data‐driven compensation decisions
* Collaborate with HR colleagues across different countries and functions
* Learn and apply global and local Total Rewards principles, policies, and processes
Qualifications
* Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
* Strong interest in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or HR Analytics
* High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new topics and tools
* Quick learner with an open and growth‐oriented mindset
* Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
* Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate
* Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
