Overview
We are seeking an experienced S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R) Team Lead to join our Business & Technology Integration team. This role will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP R2R, leading delivery activities, supporting clients, and guiding teams through S/4HANA implementations and enhancements.
The adecuado candidate combines deep SAP R2R functional expertise with strong team leadership and customer-facing skills, and is comfortable working in a fully remote, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as SME and Team Lead for SAP S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R) processes
Lead end-to-end R2R design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support activities
Guide and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to best practices
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted customer relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Controlling, other SAP streams) to ensure integrated solutions
Support issue resolution, continuous improvement, and optimization of R2R processes
Contribute to delivery planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Record to Report (R2R)
Proven experience in a Team Lead or lead consultant role
Solid understanding of financial close, general ledger, asset accounting, and related R2R processes
Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to work independently in a 100% remote setup

Previous experience working in global or multicultural project environments
Experience with SAP implementation or transformation programs
Exposure to agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
