Key Responsibilities
Identify & pursue new institutional clients via cold calling, networking & industry contacts
Develop & execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets and close high‐value deals
Generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long‐term partnerships
Represent the company at global industry events, engaging with key decision‐makers
Expand the Introducing Brokers (IB) network through incentive programs & partnerships
Monitor market trends & regulatory changes, refining sales strategies accordingly
Track sales activities & performance metrics via CRM tools (Salesforce)
Requirements
Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
5+ years of direct sales experience in the FX industry, specifically in liquidity solutions
Proven track record of closing large deals & exceeding sales targets
Strong network of institutional clients (banks, hedge funds, trading firms, etc.)
Experience with Introducing Brokers & expanding IB networks
Exceptional sales, negotiation & closing skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, target‐driven environment
Proficiency in CRM & sales analytics tools (Salesforce, etc.)
