The Role
The General Manager will oversee all daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, team performance, and high service standards throughout the year.
They will lead a team of 25–40 staff, managing various departments and driving operational efficiency and team development.
Candidate Profile
* Fluent in both Spanish and English
* Proven leadership experience in hotel or resort management, preferably in remote or international settings
* Hands-on management style, involved in daily operations
* Strong leadership and team development skills, capable of motivating a diverse team
* Guest-focused with a commitment to high standards
* Willing to relocate and adapt to a remote resort lifestyle
