We are exclusively representing a rapidly expanding luxury hospitality group in Southern Spain, seeking an exceptional Operations Director to oversee a portfolio of 2–4 new high-end sites, with further growth planned.

The Role
As Operations Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance, standards, and culture across all sites. You will act as the key link between ownership, senior management, and on-the-ground teams—ensuring each venue delivers at the highest level, consistently.
You will:
* Oversee multi-site operations (2–4 venues initially, with growth expected)
* Drive service excellence, financial performance, and brand standards
* Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and senior leadership teams
* Implement structure, systems, and consistency across the estate
* Work closely with ownership on strategy, expansion, and concept evolution
* Ensure delivery of a world-class guest experience in a luxury setting
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as an Operations Director, Area Manager, or senior multi-site leader
* Strong background in luxury hotels, private members’ clubs, or high-end restaurant groups
* Exceptional people leadership and culture-building ability
* A hands-on operator who can balance strategy with on-the-ground execution
* Experience in international or resort-style operations highly desirable
* Fluent English required;
