The Role
As part of the Quote to Cash organization within Kyndryl, this role supports our Go to Market (GtM) & Sales organization. The professional in this position is responsible for orchestrating the end‑to‑end bid process together with the Opportunity Owners (Client Partner), ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate, competitive pricing for goods, services, or project components. The role is pivotal in supporting GtM to convert business opportunities into signed contracts and revenue.
Principal Responsibilities for a Pre‑sales Field Pricer & Bid Management Support
- Coordinate with GtM the bid process from RFI (Request for Information) through RFP (Request for Proposal) submission and contract signature.
- Manage timelines, ensure compliance, and align all stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Pricing, Legal, Credit).
- Act as a consultant and advisor on the Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) process, collecting and storing mandatory documentation.
- Collaborate with Opportunity Owners, Sellers, and Service Partners to cover all deal aspects and internal approvals (pricing, terms & conditions, financials, credit risk, deliverables).
- Prepare mandatory documents and facilitate contract registration handover.
- Manage and respond to public tenders and bidding processes.
Field Pricing Support
- Interlock with GtM, Sales, Account Partner to understand the requirements from Kyndryl’s Clients.
- Gather the costs for materials, labor, and services from the Technical Solution Team.
- Apply company pricing models, delegation letters and guidelines from Pricing organizations.
- Ensure compliance with pricing terms in contracts and regulatory requirements.
- Update pricing based on changes in material costs or labor availability.
- Work closely with project managers, procurement, and finance to validate pricing.
- Provide quick pricing support for changes in the requirements or scope adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of pricing decisions and generate management reports (Price Release Letters).

Required Skills And Experience
- Native Spanish speaker as a must. Portuguese speaking will be a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a business setting with exposure to business controls and risk management.
- 2+ years of experience working with clients; commercial background and experience driving a project to completion would also be a plus.
- Deep understanding of financial aspects (ROI, P&L;, Profits) and contract pricing models: fixed‑price, incidental services, unit pricing (Price * Quantities).
- Strong analytical, numerical skills and ability to work with different tools integrated with IA.
Preferred Skills And Experience
- Effective communication: stakeholder management, interaction with cross‑organizations (Pricing, Solutioning, Sales, Operations).
- Teamwork: collaboration with Bid Managers and Solution/Core Pricers in complex cases; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Process consultancy and artifact management expertise.
- Attention to details and knowledge of compliance, legal, and risk assessment processes.
