We are looking for Industrial Safety Engineers with experience in safety design and risk assessment within high-hazard industries, particularly Oil & Gas.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, facilitate, and document HAZOP studies and other qualitative risk assessments (What-If, FMEA).
* Perform hazard identification and risk assessments to define safety requirements.
* Lead or support SIL allocation for Safety Instrumented Functions (SIF).
* Develop Safety Requirement Specifications (SRS) for SIFs.
* Perform SIL verification calculations to ensure SIF designs meet required SIL levels.
* Participate in FAT/SAT activities and validation of safety systems.
* Ensure HAZOP recommendations are clearly assigned, tracked, and closed out.
* Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations (IEC 61511/61508, OSHA PSM, NFPA, SEVESO, etc.).
Requirements
* Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* +3 years of experience in high-risk industries (Oil & Gas, mining, chemical, etc.).
* Proven hands-on experience facilitating HAZOP studies.
* Solid experience in the SIL lifecycle (especially SIL allocation and verification).
* Professional English level (minimum B2, able to operate in a business environment).
