You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship research-driven techniques and production-ready experiments at scale. You’ll shape metrics, datasets, and evaluation approaches to improve search quality and responsiveness. - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, CS, Electrical or Computer Engineering with relevant experience OR Master's/PhD in the same fields
- Experience developing and deploying ML products or systems from ideation to shipping
- Experience with agentic coding systems and scaffolding for long-running agents
- Strong collaboration skills with async/sync communication
- Experience defining task-specific metrics and evaluation datasets
- Customer-focused and execution-driven with ownership and bias for action
