PbThis is a Home Office role based in Spain that will require significant travelling (75% at least including 10 days per month in Morocco) /b /p pWe are looking for a dedicated and personable bAccount Manager /bto maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact for our clients in Morocco. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /ppbr/pulliBuilding and maintaining relationships to Strategic Key Accounts, Strategic Partners and/or Customers in Automotive in EMEA /liliManage customer performance through the establishment, communication and clarification of expectations /liliUnderstand customer/prospect needs and provide feedback to organization on product performance, program effectiveness and competitive activity /liliFind new opportunities and strongly drive through the sales process with a valuable outcome for the customer and Celanese /liliCoordinate multi-disciplinary teams, consisting of Application Development, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Technology Innovation to service our customers /liliDevelop and implement account plans, present, and successfully negotiate commercial offers /liliProgress business opportunities and achieve / exceed revenue budget and growth targets /liliFind new opportunities and prospects and drive through the sales process with a valuable outcome for the customer /liliResolve customer issues, conflicts and define unmet needs /liliProvide information on the profitability and financial situation of key customers for credit risk assessment /liliProvide input to the monthly forecasting process and annual sales operating plan for own customer portfolio /liliEffectively utilize business and sales tools (i.e. Forecasting tool, Salesforce.com, MS Office) /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications: /b /ppbr/pulliBSc/MSc degree in Technical / Scientific / Commercial education. /lilibNative Arab speaker, fluent in Spanish, English and French. /b /liliMinimum 5 years of functional sales / business development / application engineering experience. /liliExperience in engineering plastics/polymers/TPE/TPV. /liliExperience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key industry/market influencers. /liliResults oriented and strongly customer-focused. /liliExperience in driving development projects and accomplishing and exceeding defined objectives/goals. /liliUnderstand customer needs to develop solutions to grow business. /liliSolid commercial negotiation skills. /liliCoordinating work of global and regional teams; at ease with virtual working. /liliProven track record in getting excellent results by exercising sales excellence best practices /liliSelf-starter, independent achiever and highly motivated. /liliAbility to interact at multiple levels in customer organizations, including senior management /liliWillingness to travel and prospect. /li /ul
