Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead regional patient relations and community engagement to advance Edwards’ SHD strategy. You’ll build ethical, collaborative relationships with patient groups, NGOs and caregivers, aligning efforts with business objectives. You’ll translate strategy into regional plans, drive advocacy impact on patient outcomes and company reputation, and shape data-informed public policy discussions. You will steward philanthropy, volunteer programs, and patient-first cultural transformation, partnering with cross-functional teams to amplify Edwards’ mission in the EMEACLA region.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Develop regional EMEACLA patient relations strategy aligned with mission and SHD strategy
- Translate strategy into actionable regional plans and country execution
- Align patient and community insights with business unit objectives
- Monitor and evaluate impact of advocacy on patient outcomes and reputation
- Contribute to policy development regarding patient data in regulatory policy
- Identify data on disease burden to support access strategies
- Maximize external engagement with community partners and key decision makers
- Plan and execute regional communications to elevate philanthropic impact
- Support campaigns and volunteer programs to increase participation
- Manage Volunteer Committee meetings and foster a regional volunteer network
- Plan major events (Summit, patient experiences, fundraisers) with budgeting and logistics
- Manage sponsorship activations and partner events
- Support patient-first cultural transformation through listening sessions and advisory boards
- Drive internal cultural change toward patient-first values
- Represent the company at patient forums and policy roundtables
- Ensure compliance with ethical processes in patient interactionsResponsabilidades
- Master's degree or higher in Public Health, Life Sciences, Political Science, Communications, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in patient advocacy, public affairs or communications
- Proven track record leading regional/global patient engagement initiatives
- Experience with patient associations, NGOs, Foundations, and policy makers
- Strong understanding of EMEACLA healthcare systems, access pathways, and policy environments
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
