European Blockchain Convention and its satellite events have been bringing together institutions, founders, investors, and policymakers from the ecosystem since 2018.
We are looking for a B2B Events Marketing Manager with a strong results-driven mindset and a deep understanding of B2B marketing and the customer journey for both sponsors and attendees.
This is a key, hands-on role with high impact, owning the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution to drive audience growth, lead generation, revenue and ticket sales across our events.
Key responsibilities:
* Design, execute, and optimize the B2B marketing strategy for events, aligned with revenue, lead generation, and brand positioning goals.
* Own and continuously optimize the customer journey for sponsors and attendees: awareness, consideration, conversion, onboarding, on-site experience, and post-event retention and upsell.
* Drive audience growth, sponsorship and ticket sales, and qualified lead generation.
* Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns across email marketing, social media, paid media, partnerships, and organic channels.
* Own the newsletter and email marketing calendar, including B2B segmentation and audience-specific personalization.
* Work with CRM and marketing automation tools to build nurturing flows, lead scoring, and lifecycle communications for sponsors and attendees.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, Content, and Operations teams to maximize conversion, sponsor value, and on-site execution.
* Track, analyze, and optimize key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, open rates, CTR, ticket sales, leads).
* Coordinate pre-event, on-site, and post-event communications to ensure a consistent, high-value event experience.
What We're Looking For:
* BSc in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field
* 4+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally within events, SaaS, media, or similar environments.
* Solid understanding of the blockchain and digital asset ecosystem.
* Strong understanding of the B2B customer journey, including both buyers and sponsors/partners.
* Hands-on experience with email marketing, social media, and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, CRMs).
* Data-driven and results-oriented mindset, comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and deadlines.
* Hands-on, autonomous profile with strong execution skills.
* Excellent written communication and strategic thinking abilities.
* Ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced, growing environment.
