An existing team of IT Analysts, situated within their Architecture department, have a IT Business Analyst role open up.
This Energy company is a renowned brand in the market. This team works on implementing requirements that arise into existing processes and their current application landscape.
The Benefits:
* Contract until end of the year – 12 month extensions
* Asap start
* 2/3 days on-site a week (Brussels office), rest remote
* Rate up to €750 p/day
The Responsibilities:
* The person in this role must aim to bring uniformity
* Some capability management
* Coaching other analysts and challenging them
* Hands-on analysis is expected
* Gathering requirements, organising and leading meetings with stakeholders
* Analysing / mapping business processes
* Providing input on solutions
* Functional follow-up is not the responsibility of this team
Experience and Skills:
* Fluency in French and/or Dutch, with a good knowledge of English
* BPMN, UML, Archimate
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build a relationship of trust
