PbSales Executive /b /ppbLocation: /b Madrid /ppbr/ppbJOB SCOPE /b /ppThe Sales Executive focuses on assisting the Sales team in driving revenue, identifying business opportunities, and adding value to an expanding portfolio of airport lounge and hospitality services. /ppThis role will also support client relationships, contribute to sales initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced airport environment. /ppbr/ppbJOB RESPONSIBILITIES /b /pulliAssist in the planning, controlling and execution of all matters related to the running of the Sales Department. /liliMonitoring all aspects of the marketplace, obtain competitor research and report back on all market trends in a structured way. Compile reports on findings to present to Senior Management. /liliResponsible for the Madrid enquiry handling for Plaza Premium Lounges, ALLWAYS and Aerotel /liliResponsible for bringing in new clients /liliResponsible for creating sales reports for Plaza Premium Lounges, ALLWAYS and Aerotel /liliSupport the lounges and Hotel with the communication of new promotions generated by local PPG and HQ Sales. Duties to include cascading information to the lounges and hotel. /liliLiaising with key departments in Madrid and HQ and working closely with other sales team (inside and outside PPG) to create synergy and get benchmark /liliClose liaison with the Finance and Marketing teams to ensure alignment /li /ulpbr/ppbJOB REQUIREMENTS /b /pulliUniversity graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines, with 1-2 year(s) relevant experience /liliExcellent Market research practices and techniques /liliExperience analysing data /liliStrong understanding of travel industry is a definite advantage /liliHaving strong communication skills and being an analytic decision maker and excellent attention to detail /liliGood problem-solving skills and excellent phone and presentation skills /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs. /liliGood command of spoken and written skills in English and Spanish /li /ul
