We’re hiring a
CUSTOMER QUALITY SUPPORT
for an important multinational company located in the Manresa area.
This person will have to understand customer requirements and needs regarding quality claims and documentation and will coordinate the required activities to meet the customer needs. They will maintain and manage the network of stakeholders and implement improvements to quality processes.Responsibilities include:
CUSTOMER PRODUCT AND LOGISTIC QUALITY CLAIM:
Prepare and provide documentation, mainly 8D reports, follow up on claim actions until claims are closed and resolved.DOCUMENTATION:
Receive, transmit, and prepare homologations, IMDS database entries, REACH, RoHs, conflict minerals, and other quality documents.CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
Propose new processes to improve efficiency in the quality area. Keep traceability of supplier quality performance and suggest improvement actions as needed.PROJECTS:
Participate in quality projects from different customer solution communities, such as quality challenges and improvement needs.REPORTING:
Deliver the agreed KPIs according to the scheduled timing and frequency.We offer:
