You’ll ensure our messaging remains clear, accessible, and impactful, while taking real ownership of the tasks that fuel our global success. You’ll report into the Product Marketing Lead. /ppbr/ppRESPONSIBILITIES /pullibTeam support: /b Support the product marketing team in crafting messaging and positioning that resonates with our target demographic /lilibMarket research and competitor analysis: /b Collect, organize, and distribute market intelligence and competitor information to support strategic decision-making /lilibCollateral creation: /b Assist in creating high-impact product marketing materials such as PDF guides, workshop decks, emails, blogs, and training modules /lilibBeta testing and user feedback: /b Collect, organize, and distribute customer feedback during beta phases to directly inform messaging, content, and product improvements /lilibAnalytic tracking: /b Track key marketing and adoption metrics to help the team understand what’s working, what isn’t, and why /li /ulpbr/ppWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR /pullibExperience: /b 2-3 years in a SaaS customer-facing role, such as customer success or customer support. While prior marketing experience is preferred, it is not a requirement /lilibLanguage: /b Fluent in English. Proficiency in Spanish, French, German, or Chinese is an advantage as we scale globally /lilibProactivity: /b Fast learner with a high degree of curiosity.
