Position OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Senior Performance Manager to help us build the best Liveops and Monetization strategy in the game.
Create the Live‐ops vision and roadmap, develop and execute daily/weekly promotional plans that includes campaign design, creative development of all communication channels, operational launch of the campaign, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing its results and reacting accordingly.
Analyze current monetization strategy including pricing, segmentation, what value we give to users and define the right strategy for the game.
Frame hypotheses, design A/B tests and translate insights into high‐impact product decisions, going from idea to live experiments.
Proven track record of working as a Liveops Manager in a game with a strong liveops cadence.
Hybrid working model: we ask you to come to our Barcelona office at least 2 days per week.
